We can ship to any address in the world.
Time of delivery
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below
- International Airmail: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)
- EMS (Express Mail Service): 2 to 6 business days after shipping International
- Standard: 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays)

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Antiquarius depend upon the method and option you choose. To find out the cost of shipping your order, simply begin the checkout process. If you choose to group items into one parcel, you could save on shipping cost. If you need more information about shipping and shipping prices please contact us info@antiquarius.lt
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us services@antiquarius.lt
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient typically returns the package to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
Address Format. If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Some packages will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the delivery person discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
Tracking Your Package
If you're not sure whether or not your order has been shipped please contact us. Unfortunately small packeges shipped from Lithuania have no tracking numbers.

If the order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, it may be lost. Orders shipped via a trackable method (such as EMS) will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- If you don’t get your package in 21 day, please ask your Post, and contact us.
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
- If there is no tracking information or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please contact us.
Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 2 days after the package is received for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Please note: the item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition, shipping charges are non-refundable. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us and provide the following information: 1.Item number; 2.Explain reason for return (arrived damaged, arrived defective, incorrect item, changed my mind, other).
